What we offer

Clover Station & Mini

Full countertop POS for retail and quick-service. Includes receipt printer, cash drawer, inventory, and reporting. Buy outright — about $1,200–$1,800 depending on configuration.

Restaurant POS

Full-service or quick-service. Table management, modifier menus, tipping flow, online ordering integration. Toast, Square, Clover, or independent platforms — we recommend what fits your operation.

Handheld & mobile

Clover Flex, Bluetooth readers, mobile terminals for line-busting, curbside, food trucks, and field service. Same processing rates as your countertop.

Keep your current POS

If you're on Square, Clover, or Lightspeed and the hardware is fine, we can swap just the processing underneath. You keep the system you trained your staff on.

Why "buy outright" matters

The single most common ripoff we see when auditing merchant statements is a terminal lease: $39–$79 per month for a piece of hardware that retails for $300. Over a four-year non-cancellable lease, you pay $1,900–$3,800 for a terminal you'd own outright for $300.

Some POS providers — Toast, Clover Go, certain Stripe Terminal configurations — offer financing that's reasonable. Some are predatory. We tell you which is which before you sign anything. If you've already signed a lease, we can usually find the cancellation clause and the math for buying out vs. running it down.

Real example. A retail boutique came to us paying $69/month on a Verifone VX520 — a terminal she could buy for $250 on Amazon. The lease had 38 months left, locking her into another $2,622. We bought out the lease for $1,400 and switched her to outright-owned hardware. Net savings: $1,222 plus $69/month going forward.

What POS integrations we support

Most modern POS systems separate the hardware/software from the processor underneath. That means you can typically keep the system and switch the processing — saving without retraining staff or rebuilding your menu.

FAQ — point of sale

I'm happy with Square. Should I switch?

Under ~$15k/month in card volume, Square is usually fine. Past $20k/month, you're paying a simplicity premium of $200–$600/month. Past $40k, more. We'll tell you exactly which side of that line you're on.

What does new POS hardware cost?

Clover Mini: $599–$799. Clover Station: $1,200–$1,800. Restaurant POS bundles: $2,500–$4,500 for two stations. Handheld readers: $150–$450. Everything bought outright, no leases.

Do you charge to set up the POS?

No setup fees, no install fees, no monthly software fees beyond what the POS vendor charges directly. Our processing is month-to-month. If you don't like it, you leave.
