These terms govern your use of nmerchantsolutions.com and the free credit card processing audit offered by National Merchant Solutions ("NMS," "we," "us"). By using this site or submitting a statement, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
NMS offers a complimentary, line-by-line review of credit card processing merchant statements for U.S. businesses. Audits are typically returned within 24 hours of upload and are delivered by email at no cost to you.
2. No fee, no obligation
The audit is free. You are under no obligation to switch processors, sign a contract, or take any further action after receiving your report.
3. Savings projections are estimates
Any savings figures provided in your audit are good-faith estimates based on the rates and fees visible in your statement and prevailing market pricing at the time of the audit. Actual savings depend on negotiation outcomes, processor approval, transaction mix, contract terms, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific dollar savings.
4. The $500 gift card guarantee
If we are unable to identify any potential savings in your audit, we will send you a $500 gift card by way of thanks for your time. To qualify, the statement must be a current statement (within the last 90 days) from a U.S. credit card processor and represent your actual business activity.
5. Acceptable use
- You may submit statements only for businesses you own or are authorized to act on behalf of
- You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, including impersonation or submitting fabricated statements
- You may not attempt to bypass security, scrape, or overload the service
6. Independent service — not financial advice
NMS is an independent merchant services analyst, not a registered investment advisor, accountant, or attorney. The audit is informational; you should consult appropriate professionals before making major financial decisions.
7. Switching processors
If after the audit you choose to switch processors through NMS, that is a separate engagement governed by the new processor's own terms and merchant agreement. NMS may earn an ongoing referral share from the new processor; this is disclosed transparently and does not increase your costs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NMS, its principals, and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on an audit. Direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, which is $0 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Intellectual property

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
