This policy explains how National Merchant Solutions ("NMS," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit nmerchantsolutions.com or request a free credit card processing audit.
1. What we collect
To perform an audit, we collect only what's necessary to do the work and contact you with the result:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address and (optionally) phone number
- The merchant processing statement you upload (PDF, JPG, PNG, or HEIC)
- Basic technical data automatically logged by our servers — IP address, browser type, and timestamps — for security and abuse prevention
We do not collect, request, or store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or any payment credentials.
2. How we use it
- To perform your audit and deliver the savings report
- To follow up with you about the audit by email or phone, if you've provided one
- To present optional next-step recommendations (e.g., a quote from a different processor) only if you ask
3. How we protect it
- In transit: All uploads use TLS 1.3 encryption
- At rest: Statements are stored encrypted with AES-256
- Access: Only the two principals — David Geoola and Ohad Mizrahie — have access to your statement
- Retention: Files are automatically deleted 30 days after your audit closes. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing david@nmerchantsolutions.com
4. What we never do
- Sell your data
- Share your statement with any third party
- Add you to a marketing list without your consent
- Use your statement for anything other than building your audit
5. Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal cookies — only what's required for the upload form to function. We may use privacy-focused analytics (such as page-view counters) that do not personally identify visitors. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of any information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email david@nmerchantsolutions.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and we'll respond within 7 business days.
7. Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify recent customers by email.
