What we'd need to know

- What's your current book look like? Number of active merchants, monthly residual range, industry mix. We don't need names — ballpark is enough.
- Who do you currently process through? Your current ISO, current sponsor bank, current residual split. We'll tell you honestly whether we can beat their terms before you do any work.
- What's not working for you today? Most agents come to us because something specific is broken: underwriting is slow, the call center is unreachable, residuals get cut without notice, statements get screwed up. Tell us what hurts.
